Bonnie was very communicative and punctual, and was thorough and diligent in helping, coping easily with cleaning and tidying. I felt she was also caring and observant re my health problems- her previous nursing and organising skills were obvious. I was also pleased with her honest, professional approach. Thank you Bonnie.

Bonnie was here in good time and most importantly did a great job on cleaning my heavily used oven. She cleaned up perfectly afterwards and I will be very happy to have her return when the oven next needs cleaning. I recommend her wholeheartedly. Thank you.

At Interview she was asked to do only one job. This small job was done haphazardly and incorrectly with no attention to detail I found subsequently. Also, it was agreed she would return to start the normal work a few days later. She never turned up on the agreed date.
